Where we are

We're situated between Exmoor and Dartmoor, about halfway between Tiverton and South Molton on the B3137 in mid Devon. The farm is a mile west of the small hamlet of Nomansland and a mile to the east of Witheridge.

We have had some visitors who are stopping half a mile short of West Middlewick Farm and going to the farm just before us by mistake. There are 4 farms which share the same postcode as us and as soon as you get to the first one the little satnav guy thinks you're there - You're close - but you're not there.

We have put a sign up at the first farm, so please do carry on a little further until you see the signs for West Middlewick Farm outside the main entrance. We are on the right hand side of the road as you approach it from Tiverton. Easier still the what3words address above to find our exact location. We look forward to seeing you :-)

Directions from the M5

Leave the M5 at junction 27, follow the A361 towards Tiverton. Stay on the A361 for about 7 miles until the roundabout and follow the signs for the B3137 towards Witheridge. Go straight over the next roundabout and then at the Exe Valley Leisure Centre turn right at the roundabout. Continue past the supermarket and the hospital. Immediately after crossing the river, turn right at the roundabout. Take the second road on the left hand side, a long climb uphill, accurately called "Long Drag". Stay on this road (B3137) for about 9 miles. We are on the right hand side a mile after you leave the village of Nomansland.
